2. Service Description

Tiffin4u provides daily home-cooked meals delivered to your specified location. The service includes vegetarian/non-vegetarian meals prepared with fresh ingredients.

3. Subscription Plans

  • - Daily Plan: Payment due each day before delivery.
  • - Weekly Plan: Payment due at the start of each week.
  • - Monthly Plan: Payment due at the start of each month.
  • - Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled with a 48-hour notice by call/whatsapp or mail.
  • - Refunds will be processed within five workingdays.

4. Payment method & refund policy.

  • - Temporarily we take only ideal payments.
  • - Payments must be made in advance as per the subscription plan chosen.
  • - Refunds are not possible for orders placed incorrectly by the customer.

5. Delivery

  • - Meals will be delivered
    - Lunch delivered between 11:30 - 14:00
    - Dinner delivered between 17:00 - 19:00
  • - Delivery is subject to weather and traffic conditions. We will notify you of any delays.
  • - Ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen meals if left unattended.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

  • - Our meals are prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, and other allergens.
  • - Customers are responsible for notifying us of any specific allergies during placing order.
  • - We ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety.

7. Changes to Service

  • - Menu changes: We reserve the right to change the menu without prior notice.
  • - Service changes: We may modify or discontinue the service with prior notice to subscribers.

8. Liability

  • - We are not liable for any health issues or allergic reactions resulting from our meals.
  • - Any complaints or issues should be reported within 24 hours of delivery after that we cannot resolve your issue.
